This specific course aims to equip IT professionals with both the skills, knowledge and toolset needed to deploy Apple devices. On this course you’ll learn how to use Mobile Device Management (MDM) to configure and manage Apple devices inside your organisation. You’ll be introduced to subjects such as Apple Business Manager, Apple School Manager, device configuration with an MDM solution, developing your deployment strategy and the latest Apple platforms.
Format and duration
This course will be delivered as a 2-module virtual training. The modules will consist of 3 hours of interactive exercises, discussions, demonstrations and lectures.
Audience
Anyone supporting Mac, iPhone, and iPad users. Anyone advising customers within usage and best practice setup of Apple devices. However, this course is not an introductory course and familiarity with using Mac is beneficial.
