Apple Device Support – 3 Days

This course is designed for anyone supporting Mac, iPhone and iPad users or advising customers in usage and best practice software setup of Apple Devices.

This course is designed to equip IT professionals with the skills, knowledge and toolset needed to support and troubleshoot your organisation’s Apple devices. If you are a part of the Apple Channel, this course is also highly relevant. To earn the Apple Certified Support Professional digital badge, you must pass the exam at the end of the course.
